Delivery Methods

  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart

 

Delivery Time & Coverage

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (Remote areas: approx. 5–7 business days).
  • Coverage: Available at convenience store locations throughout mainland Taiwan and offshore islands.

 

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped within approximately 5 business days after the order is confirmed (excluding the day of purchase and public holidays).
  • Shipping hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00. No shipments are arranged on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery may be delayed during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
  • For Convenience Store Pickup, please watch for the arrival SMS and collect your package within 5 days of arrival.
