Return Policy

7-Day Appreciation Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays). If there are any issues with your order or products, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

※Note: The appreciation period is for confirming if the product meets your needs, not a trial period. Returns will not be accepted once the product has been opened or used.
※To protect the rights of both parties: Please ensure you film the entire unboxing process upon receiving your package.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Return requests must be submitted within the 7-day appreciation period.
  • Returns must be for the entire order; partial returns are not accepted.
  • Returned items must remain in their original condition, including the main product, gifts, accessories, packaging, and documents. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
  • Please use the original packaging (mailer bag/box). If lost, use a complete cardboard box. Do not write or stick labels directly onto the product itself.
  • Items must be unused and free of man-made damage.

 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged/soiled due to human factors.
  • Incomplete packaging, invoices, or accessories.
  • Malicious or high-volume return behavior.

Please contact our online customer service within 7 days of receipt with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Name of the Item(s) to Return
  • Reason for Return & Product Photos

Refund Policy

Credit Card: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned items are inspected. Actual posting dates depend on your bank.

 

 

Uncollected Orders
If an order is returned because it was not collected within the timeframe, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Refunds will only cover the product amount; shipping costs incurred by the order will be borne by the consumer.

  • If the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the consumer paid for shipping on the original order, that shipping fee is non-refundable.

If a reshipment is requested, the customer must cover the new shipping fee.
